We are looking forward to an exciting time together with our sister churches from Goondiwindi, Inglewood, Warwick and The Summit. Along with guests from our leadership team in Brisbane including Conference President Pastor Brett Townsend, Scott Hopkins, Russ Willcocks, Greg Pratt & Helen Threlfo.
Lunch. While the Weather Bureau’s outlook is predicting rain for next weekend we are planning a picnic lunch immediately after church - down under the trees by Quart Pot Creek if the skies are clear, otherwise we will stay put at the church.
We we also be holding a ‘Book Exchange’. Bring a favorite book (or ten) from your library to share! Take home someone else's favorite!! This is something we have not ever done before at our Regional Meeting but it will add something to our great time of sharing!! Important change. A decision has been taken to allocate seating via an online ticketing platform. The You can reserve your tickets online by clicking here. (This measure will be in addition to usual physical distancing, hand washing, record keeping, cleaning and requesting people stay home if unwell or have recently travelled to a declared hotspot. Likewise if you have had recent contact with a known COVID case, or are simply waiting the results of a COVID test.) Can you please take special note of the Summary COVID19 Safety Plan that will be implemented on the regional day. This summary outlines measures that must be adhered to legally conduct our Regional Program. Thank you for your continued cooperation with each of these public health measures.

Here are the directions on how to register ...
1/ Click on the green ‘Register’ button
2/ Navigate to ‘Buy on Map’ This will enable seats to be allocated so that couple or families are able to sit ‘together’. Dont worry, all seats are free.
3/ The default is to ‘Buy one ticket’. The number of tickets allocated can be changed. So too can the default ticket/s that are allocated. Selected seats for this registration are shown as white. (One or more may be preselected by default. These can be easily toggled in or out of the registration. Available seats are shown as purple. Unavailable seats are grey. Seats on the left hand side of the church are designated as ‘Section 1’ Seats on the right hand side of the church are designated as ‘Section 2’ Rows are designated A - G from front to rear There are eight designated seats per row.
4/ Proceed to checkout entering a name and email address.
5/ Do not check the boxes to be informed of ’other events’
6/ After selecting seats click on the orange ‘Register’ button
7/ A ticket showing allocated seats will be emailed to you.
8/ If you sign up for an Eventbrite account by adding a password you can go into your order and edit each seat adding individual names
9/ Please bring ticket to Regional Day to assist with seating
10/ Please provide assistance to members / guests who might struggle with an online booking
11/ A separate more detailed register of attendees will be maintained complete with other contact details such as phone numbers - and addresses - especially for folk who have neither phone or email.
